Dependabot ci(deps) group bump of actions/setup-node from 7.0.0 to 7.1.0. Safe to merge.
Diff: three SHA-pinned workflow updates only (test.yml, documentation.yml, platforms.yml). Pin 949feb2413d6458794dcd2491c4babbbce0c15c1 matches the v7.1.0 tag. Release workflows keep using reusable obsidian-plugin-workflows and were correctly left out of this group.
7.1.0 surface vs this repo: additive mise.toml and absolute node-version-file support (we still pass relative .nvmrc), plus manifest-fetch retry and a post-install node --version check. The documented v7 NODE_AUTH_TOKEN change is already in 7.0.0. No workflow input or plugin-code change.
CI on this pin: Test (lint, build/sizes, unit, svelte-check/tooling), Docs, Platforms (macOS + Windows, including Setup Node), Dependency Review, Validate PR title, and Cloudflare Pages are green. CodeQL skipped (workflow-only diff). Plugin runtime is untouched; ci: does not cut a release.
